Why Greece why?

So I just found out that One Piece in Greece is called Drake and the treasure hunt and most of the characters names are changed in a weird way. Chopper -> Billy Luffy -> Drake Nami -> Bonney Zoro -> Black Jack Sanji -> Sani Mihawk -> The crow And there are even more I think it goes up until Alabasta. They even changed the logo.
