Make buffaloes more peaceful in Way of Winter

It's quite annoying buffaloes start running towards you even if they notice you from long distances. And they always roam around teleportation towers so I end up jumped by buffaloes even before place my bike.

I thought snapping turtles are worst but buffaloes are another level.
