Linking a shared mailbox as “connected” to search faster?
Hi all,
I’m work we use a shared mailbox which is frankly huge. Likely has 1000 subfolders and receives around 100 emails a day.
When I originally worked in the team I was able to “search all mailboxes” from the top bar and everything containing my search terms was found quickly. At the bottom right of the screen the word “connected” was displayed.
Others who have joined the team in stead have the word “online” at the bottom of their screen and they are unable to search the mailbox the way I am. Not all items come up, yet I know they are there. Their’s also runs a lot slower and crashes frequently.
I have re-joined the team and now my connection says “online” and I too am unable to search as effectively as I did before.
Perhaps the online/connected difference is a red herring but does anyone have any advice for linking and searching the mailboxes as effectively as possible ?
