Tankers and Pant Legs

Maybe a weird question, but anyone have thoughts on fitting the Tankers under a pant leg?

I am usually wearing women's slim-cut jeans but anyone who knows women's clothing knows there is little consistency among brands, if any. Not really sure how to go about figuring this out besides buying a pair but that seems like a potential waste and no in-stock tankers have been in my size.
