Long term stay in Denmark

Hey y’all I’ve trying to plan a long term stay in Denmark but I’ve looked online about trying to get a work visa while also being here. I’m a little worried that if I do plan on doing it I’ll get like this penalty for it as I’m here on a tourist visa. As anyone had any issues trying to get a visa long term wise?
