“An Error Occured”

Keep trying to submit individual form 4s and right after we enter transferee user id and pin it just says “an error occurred” and won’t continue on to the transferor pin section and final submission.

I have been able to submit a few Form 4s for trusts over tha past few days, but not for individuals. Anyone else having this experience?
