Difficulty Level Tier List

I've seen a lot of new people are just starting in UMVC3, and I hope you guys can fall in love with this wonderful game. I thought a tier list like this may help some people know with which characters to start the game and learn the basics. I'm not a great player, so any feedback is appreciated as well.
