Wanting to Wear Makeup More Regularly. Any Tips?

I want to show more effort and attention towards myself and take the time to put makeup on daily. However, I've never been super into makeup because of the work and want something super simple that is realistic for me to do.

The routine I started is a tinted moisturizer with concealer, blush, and a simple eyeshadow. However, this still feels like a lot to do. What are your guy's simple makeup routines? What tips do you have for someone who's lazy? 😆
