Speedrun damage?

Hello, I saw some speedruns where I have the same weapon, decos and well, the exact same build. And fightning against the same monster, I am doing less damage than these videos.

I'm using de permanent damage booster in the inventory, megademon drug, demon powder and might seed.

Do I need anything else?
