i'm trying to fulfill both malkuth's mission 4 and hod's mission 3 as it seems that it might immediately unlock malkuth's core suppression if I do so

both are problematic, please give me some advice, especially on hod's as i don't know how to consistently breach 4 abnos let alone suppress them all
