What does LSD feel like?

I’ve been iffy on whether or not I’d like to try it. Does it make you feel out of your body or like you’re unable to control yourself? Somebody told me an acid high is a similar feeling to being drunk; is that true? Do you hallucinate every time? When you do hallucinate, what’s it like? Etc etc someone explain pls. I’m aware that the intensity of your high depends on the quantity you take, so I’m just referring to a regular dose.
