Question re: TB texts

I know Brennan doesn’t have TB’s phone YET and, perhaps, there will be some helpful information in the phone relating to this case or other crimes.

In particular, KR sharing grand jury testimony with him in violation of state law.

However, what I see on Reddit and other social media are screenshots that were shared by the 3rd party surrogate for KR.

Unless there are actual messages between KR and TB, I don’t think any of this is admissible without the 3rd party surrogate’s testimony. How else could the CW tie the messages to KR? Even if TB got some sort of immunity for his testimony, how else could he establish that the messages actually came from KR?

Any thoughts?
