Please help me I am very tensed 🙏🏻🙏🏻I have backlog and I need someone's advice

Please take a moment and read this instead of ignoring, you'll save me from this and I'll be very thankful. I am a class 11 student (26tard)

Backstory(optional to read) - I wanted to take humanities because of my passion and for that I fought as much as I could but my parents forced me and took admission in science. It took a lot of effort and time for me to cope with that. After taking admission in an offline coaching I fell severely ill and it wasted around a month for me to recover. After all that I already missed 2-2.5 months of preparation because I chose my stream after 10th result.

Main story - I am a class 11th student (16tard)(a dummy student) I got 90 percent in class 10 .skip to now -> so now I have backlogs in every chapter taught in my offline coaching because it took time for me to process everything because I joined it after 2-2.5 months of start. I tried to research myself and tried some ways to cover all that leading me to fall deeper in this hole of backlog. I have 0 support from my parents and they don't support me even though they know whatever happened to me. They are also not letting me skip my offline coaching any day so I can't take day off. Now, I am all alone having backlogs from 0. I passionately want to cover all this and study but some of the chapters are all connected so it's hard for me to continue from where my offline coaching is teaching. I request whoever is reading this, please suggest me something to do to cover all the backlog fast and join the ongoing chapters...Below is the list of chapters completed in offline coaching as well as my backlog because I haven't studied any of it😭

Physics - Mathematical tools, Units and Measurements, motion in straight line, motion in straight plane, nlm (ongoing)

Maths - Basic Maths, Sets, Relations and functions, trigonometric functions, trigonometric identities, trigonometric equations, quadratic equations, sequence and series(ongoing)

Chemistry - Structure of atom, Mole concept, Periodic table, Chemical bonding...(Ongoing)

Please help me, I just need guidance on how to cover all this properly.
