Hacked account

So, I’m kind of in a desperate situation. Earlier today I received a friend request from an account that had the same name as my friend’s account. I thought he maybe accidentally unfollowed me, so I accepted the request. Shortly after, I got logged out of my insta, the email got changed, and now I have no access. I tried to do the selfie video identification, but that didn’t work. Is there anything I can do to get my account back or should I just give up?
