Which one should I buy first?

I have a hard time making money to buy production buildings, so I'm at a point where I own enough money to buy only one of the listed above or I could also repair the duck thingy in the fishing site

I'd appreciate it if more experienced players than me could advice me on what to buy first as I have no idea if any of them could be more productive in terms of money making
