Idk how to style my hair

(16m) As the title says I have no clue how to style my hair. It’s very straight and idk how to make it look good as I don’t like it rn. I have texture powder but either I’m doing it wrong or it makes it worse. Do I need some products? Do I need a new cut? Please help
