Urgent care overcharged me
Back in 2021, I went to urgent care. In March of 2024, I received a letter from my insurance company stating that the urgent care had overcharged me. Since then, I’ve been trying to get my money back. I’ve been going back and forth between the billing company of the urgent care and my insurance company. I’ve left voicemails and sent emails to the billing company but there has been zero reply. My insurance company has not been helpful in trying to get this resolved either. What should my next steps be?
