Should i switch to simple edit?

Ever since chapter 4 ive played zb then i switched to builds in chap 5 szn 2 i havent really been grinding but ive still not come to much progression. My only goal is to be able to hit unreal and play a few tourneys (i play on console xbox series s). Although when chap 6 came out i tried simple edit was pretty good with it but my main gripe is not being able to see through cones to scope out surrondings. Should i make the switch or not?
