Change keybind for sidebar? On PC?

This may be a silly question but is there a way to change the keybind for the sidebar/menu on PC ? For example I would like to change it from the current binding: ESC to right ctrl or something like that

Reason im asking is I have a 60% keyboard and sometimes I hit the ESC button mid game when trying to hit number 1 and its extremely frustrating.

I am probably missing it, but i cant find the option the change it - is there one ?
