Suggestion for Greek Yogurt.

Hiiii I'm a big fan of greek yogurt after trying it today from XYZ brand (puchoge toh bata dunga), it was Rs. 55 for 100g which is doable but a bit heavy on the pocket. Ab can someone recommend me a greek yogurt that's cheaper? Milky mist i cannot find in any of the online market places like blinkit/zepto. Maine yahan bahut post padhi and I saw that some culture was being sold Alla's Posh flavors karke, but I can't find any info on how much protein it has per 100g. Can someone either provide me with the nutritional info or offer any cheaper alternative for unflavored, plain/natural greek yogurt?
