Why is the game nerfing everything.

The game is becoming more of a joke and it's annoying. I got my rod enchanted with steady. Rather than helping with 24% like it did. They Nerfed it. Like why. Not only that but Artic's rod as well?

I suck at the minigame. That 25% helped a ton.
