Exhausted by the fight (UK)

I (33) have suffered long, heavy and painful periods since puberty which has largely been dismissed. During my late 20s, I started to suffer severe stomach bloat, pelvic pain, no sex drive and growing hair in places that never had hair before. I was back and forth with doctors constantly until I finally got a trans vaginal scan where they found 1 uterine fibroid. They said this was probably the cause of all my symptoms and advised me to try the Mirena Coil.

The coil certainly stopped my heavy periods, but everything else persisted. I then went back for another trans vaginal scan, this time they found 5 fibroids. They had no answers for me, no information and was told just to keep an eye on things.

I gave up after a while until now. For over a week, I have had a persistant huge hard stomach, pelvic pain, pressure on my bladder, chronic Constipation and excessive clear/white discharge that soaks through my pants.

I called the doctors, as I'm extremely worried about potential ovarian cancer. I was expecting to be booked for another trans vaginal scan (2 years since my last) to check on things. Instead they booked me on an 'annual health check' (I don't even understand what that is!) 5 days from now. I asked why not a scan or something, but they persisted this was best. I am so exhausted by my symptoms, no sleep from getting up to pee every night and the pain. Now I have to wait a further 5 days in discomfort.

I am fully expecting to be dismissed in my appointment and having to fight for a scan. I genuinely don't know what to do and have no fight left at this point.

Is anyone else, specifically the UK, experiencing the same fight? Any tips on what I do next? Also be interested to know if any other women experience heavy discharge, as the cancer word under that symptom scared me senseless.
