Is it safe to roll today?

Is it safe if I roll after 11 days? I haven’t rolled in about 4 years prior and the dose I had 11 days ago didn’t get me rolling very hard. It was a mild roll for me and I didn’t get as high as I wanted. I wanted to try again with my girlfriend and then put it down for like another couple years
