Fun Challenges for Two Parties

Wanted to introduce the next campaign’s antagonists which is a party of villains. I wanted to avoid putting them in front of the players for a combat situation and thought it might be fun if they need to work together to navigate a dungeon. I would love ideas for challenges that require two parties to help one another!
