Best seats (on a budget) at Palace Theater?

This will be the first "real" play for my daughter and me, so I'm trying to get the best seats for the money. I've never been to the Palace theater before, so I'm hoping someone will have recommendations for us (hoping to see the Nutcracker). Thank you in advance!
