What league will my clan be put in?

My clan is new so it's not been placed in a league yet for cwl. We are debating whether or not we'll start in gold 1 or crystal 3. Need some opinions! (No bases are rushed) Here's the roster:

3 th17s 3 th16s 7 th15s 7 th14s 10 th13s

Also I don't think we are enough to start in crystal 2 or 1 but is a start that high even possible?
