Best time to eat at Flaming Rooster’s?

Rode into that area around 7pm (Maps indicates it closes at 8pm) to discover the restaurant is empty. I’ve tried to call numerous times but their voice mbox is always full.

Is this more so of a lunch spot or do they only take special orders? Help.
