Am I the only one who feels like it's gotten dumber over time?

I don't really know anything about the technical side of things. I use ChatGPT mainly for professional writing and legal research/drafting. The legal research/drafting hasn't declined as noticeably, but I find for writing, it feels like ChatGPT is way dumber than a few months ago. I try switching between models but it doesn't change a whole lot.

Not just like it's a dumber writer or has a dumber voice; it can't even follow instructions very well anymore. Just now I told it to give me a draft based on a past paper. It did. Then I told it "ok, I'll paste in some content from [X] website, and after I want you to incorporate it into the draft for the conclusion." After pasting, it inserted the content into a completely different draft we worked on over a week ago! Then when I said, "no, insert it into the draft you just gave me before I pasted that content for you to use," it couldn't find its own draft just 4 messages above. I don't get it; it never seemed to have problems with this kind of thing before...?
