Angry brows question

So I got my first Botox treatment 8 days ago and she did 35 units in my upper face (glabella and forehead) not sure exactly how that was split. But I believe it was 20 glabella 15 forehead And she did 2-3 units m to lift my right brow because my brows are pretty intensely uneven.

I feel heaviness in my glabella area and have a case of the Spock brow. I know I can get that fixed if it’s still a problem and have a scheduled appointment day 14.

I also feel like I see the muscles now and it’s making me look like megamind.

My question is. Will fixing my Spock brow stop my front brow area from dropping lower? Or is that just caused by too much Botox in the glabella?
