PSA: You can get the cheaper upgrading trinket on Marin, in the Anomaly that doesn't let you upgrade Tavern.
As the title says, you can get Bartend-o-Tron's Oilcan, in the Mimiron's Clockwork Stadium which completely wastes a trinket option for you.
Hope this gets fixed in a future patch.
