Exhaustion in Second Tri
I’m 15 weeks with my second, and I swear the exhaustion is just getting worse every week. This was not the case with my first!
I’m taking B12 (plus a prenatal, vit D, b6, and magnesium), spacing out 200mg of caffeine throughout the day, and getting enough sleep every night—but I’m still beyond exhausted every moment of every day. It’s really impacting my mental health and my job. I don’t even have energy for hobbies, what little I have is going towards work and my daughter.
Anyone in the same boat? Any advice?
Edit: I’m eating terribly because I’m still incredibly nauseous and throwing up every day + major aversions, so I’m aware that part of it is likely needing more protein. I just bought a bunch of snacks aimed at upping my protein intake, hopefully it makes an impact 🙏🏼
