Advice: Foliar Feeding

Hello all! After a total freak accident with over fertilizing and losing some plants, I’ve regrouped and picked up some liquid seaweed plant food (Neptune’s Harvest). A handful of people have suggested foliar feeding and directed me to the great and powerful internet for additional info. So I’m here and struggling to find details on how much to use for foliar feeding. I get the concept, but I’m terrified of running into another root-dissolving, plant carnage nightmare. Any and all advice appreciated.

If it’s helpful- the soil application is 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. I’m very aware that it could be the exact same for foliar application, but wanted to check in.
