Continuously getting logged out of my account while playing

If anyone is experiencing anything similar PLEASE tell me. My heart is pounding and my hands are shaking. I managed to get online after animal jam classic has been down and when I do log on I am continuously getting logged out of my account while being on. I keep getting a ‘you’ve been away for too long! Logged out’ error and then logged out. I changed my password and it happened again. I have 2 step authentication so I have no clue if it is someone how they are even getting in. Please tell me I’m not the only one experiencing this, I’m freaking out.
