My friend is seeing things and is convinced I'm out to get her

Genuinely so lost on what to do. I was texting my 15f friend for the first time in a couple days and she started going on about how demons are after her, they look like her parents sometimes, the birds talk, the air is poisonous... I googled it quickly and decided to try talk to her and then tell her nobody's after her but she decided I'm one of them. She send a text telling me to "leave her alone" and has been ofline since. Her therapist is aledgedly in on it too so she's not gonna tell her.

She's convinced it's all real and I can't see it because I'm not special to God or something. She's seeing rabbits that are actually angels and she can't send photos because the creatures will eat her soul. She does have a history of mental illness but not hallucinations just bpd. I don't have her parents contact but I do have her adress. Above reddits paygrade for sure but I'm freaking out
