ISO2GOD Not Working?!

It worked when I converted Assassin's Creed and GTA IV but when I tried Skyrim: Legendary Edition (Disc 2), it just showed expansion installer and it didn't even convert the whole file, the iso is 7.29gb while the converted is 1.49gb

Anyone know how to fix it?
